Sports Attack, located in Reno, NV, can typically ship within 3-5 business days and deliver a machine in the U.S. within 5-10 business days.

Sports Attack will ship the machines UPS Freight. You will be contacted with a tracking number once the machine is shipped.

To return an item, please contact Sports Attack Customer Service Department at 800-717-4251. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any items accepted for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the repacking and shipment (as well as all associated fees) back to Sports Attack. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving product. The refund will be sent to you once the machine is returned to Sports Attack. The refund will be in check form.

All sports training equipment manufactured by Sports Attack is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, with the following exceptions: throwing wheels are warranted for one (1) year; electronic controller is warranted for one (1) year; and, the throwing wheel motors are warranted for one (1) year.
